Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Nimbus Synth (the “App”), made by Ondre Studios LDA (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal use. If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, this license is subject to Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service, and is on top of, not instead of, Apple's own Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies. If you downloaded the App from Google Play, this license is subject to, and on top of, the Google Play Terms of Service instead.

Purchases

Nimbus Synth Pro is offered as a single, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (Lifetime): there is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed entirely by whichever store you bought the App through, Apple's App Store or Google Play; we never see or store your payment details. All purchases are subject to that store's own refund policies. Refund requests should be made directly to Apple or Google, whichever store you purchased through, not to us.

The free version of the App remains fully usable without purchase, with the limits described in the App: up to 10 saved recordings in the Library, custom instruments unavailable, and export limited to MP3. Nimbus Synth Pro removes the recording cap, unlocks custom instruments, and adds WAV and MIDI export.

Your content

Recordings and custom instruments you create stay on your device. We don't collect, store, or have access to them. You're responsible for anything you record, export, or share using the App.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App outside of the official App Store.
• Don't use the App in a way that violates any applicable law.
• Don't attempt to circumvent or tamper with the purchase/entitlement system.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, gyroscope, or MIDI setup.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ondre Studios LDA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of recordings or custom instruments. Keep your own backups of anything you care about, exported via the App's own export feature.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country provide otherwise.
